I would give them ten stars if I could. I’d been advised by a dentist that I needed a root canal, but I was in the middle of a move across the country and had been postponing it. But I woke up in the middle of the night and all of a sudden the problem tooth was SO SO painful. I immediately started calling around to get in to an endodontist asap. Northshore had me come in on the same day (a Friday) and did most of the root canal so that I wouldn’t have the excruciating pain over the weekend. They were SO kind while I was in the office and are really truly my heroes. I’ve also always had trouble with the numbing medications not working, and they were very good about believing me when I said it still wasn’t numb. They numbed me up more (other dentists haven’t done this so I have a TON of anxiety around dentists!) and got me through the weekend. When I went to my follow-up with a dentist to get a crown, I overheard the dentist telling a tech that the root canal looked amazing on the x-rays. The dentist seemed really impressed by the work of Dr. Andronova. If you find yourself in need of and endodontist, this is THE place. Thank you to the whole team!!

am very grateful to Dr. Elena Andronova for her exceptional care and professionalism. My tooth was very difficult to treat, and she took the time to carefully explain everything and made me feel calm throughout the procedure. She truly cared about saving my tooth and worked with incredible precision and dedication. The root canal treatment was done perfectly, and I am very thankful for the excellent result. Dr. Andronova is not only a highly skilled endodontist but also a kind and compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs expert dental care. WOW!! Relieved, reassured and pain free!! I am so grateful for the care I received at Northshore Endodontics. Dental work in general is stressful and root canals seem to inspire heightened fear but this was absolutely not scary at all. The outside of the building is plain but once you get inside, the atmosphere is efficient, calm and professional. The staff are quiet and friendly. Dr. Andronova is clearly passionate about her work and makes sure you understand everything she will be doing. Once I was numb (the only pin pricks felt) I passed the hour long procedure listening to music and feeling quite relaxed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Northshore Endodontics if you need a root canal!

I want to share my experience today at Northshore Endodontics. The team is outstanding! It starts with Heidi at the desk who is so personable and nice to work with, to the gal ( sorry forgot her name 😢) who took me back for the X-ray who was also very nice, to Dr. Elena… she is very nice, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. It was my first time there, but not my first time to an Endodontist. I highly recommend Northshore Endodontics, thank you All for making my experience so pleasant!

I had my first appointment to do the 3D imaging of my tooth, and I had a great experience. Dr. Elena is excellent very attentive, and professional. Her assistant and the entire staff were also wonderful. I felt very well taken care of from the beginning. I left feeling confident and ready to move forward with my root canal treatment. My first experience was very positive, and I definitely recommend this place. I believe my next appointment will be just as great. The view from the office facing the lake is stunning and makes the visit even more pleasant.
